Even though it was late we were well received and treated extremely well. We apologized for the late arrival and were assured that it was not a problem. The food was perfect, tasty and plentiful. “ Sorry, no photos but the enchiladas, rice, beans, chips tasted great even though they looked like standard fare. We did take out. Called in order and ready in 15 minutes. Portions were large and at the price point (which seemed high) we hoped so. We made lunch the next day. We had Enchiladas Suiza and their grand enchiladas platter. So price was ok. Big and tasty. Great taco chips. Great refried beans. Nice enchiladas. Restaurant not so busy at 8 on a Monday, but looked cute. Takeout just what we needed after flying in to RSW and heading to Venice. Women at counter...young, excellent, and professional. ”

“ Saturday night around 7 and the place was busy Decent ambiance with traditional Mexican flair. The chips had no taste, but the salsa was very good indeed. I had the flour enchiladas with tomatillo sauce They were excellent but more sauce would have been appreciated. It was accompanied by rice and very small, nondescript salad. I'm pretty sure everything but the chips was actually made in house and that was a real plus. the service was friendly and efficient The bill: $31 for the dinner and a 16 oz draft before tip...a bit pricy in my book. “ The inside has the Mexico atmosphere up to the lights! Clean restaurant too Service was spot on, brought complimentary chips and salsa within 2 minutes of being seated. Drinks arrived within 5 minutes! Menu is extensive, with many choices to choose. Service was perfect, prompt friendly and inviting. ”

“ I wish I could give it a 6-star! The best Mexican dish I have ever had! I ordered the Adelitas Quesabirrias (basically braised beef tacos with a birria broth dipping sauce). It comes with THE best Mexican rice I have ever had (most Mexican rice is just fine, but this is bursting with flavor), and sautéed jalapeño, and perfectly sautéed onions, fresh cut limes. It could definitely feed 2! The chips and salsa is top notch. The margaritas were slightly above avg, but this is the best Mexican meal I have ever had! If you like French dips... this is like the Mexican version and it is to die for. I don't pass out great reviews often, but if you are close you have to go here! Service at the bar was great and ambiance is exactly what you would want at a Mexican restaurant. Do not let the outside of this place fool you. GO! ”
